Yes, students from any college or university in India are welcome to participate in the Symposium.

Competitions & Events
Most competitions will be conducted offline during Invenio, though some may include an initial online screening round.

Participation & Eligibility
No, only undergraduate and postgraduate students are eligible to participate in the Symposium and its events.
No, PhD scholars cannot submit abstracts or attend talks, this event is primarily for undergraduate and postgraduate presenters.
Registration & Deadlines
You can register by visiting the Registration Page. All event options, deadlines, and fee details will be mentioned there.
Science clubs will host multiple events, including competitions, workshops, exhibitions, seminars, and a science quiz.
Registrations will open on 10th August and remain open until 20th August for the club competitions. Abstracts submission will be open from 8th August onwards.
A registration form will be available on the official website. You will need to fill in your details and select the events you wish to participate in.
Yes, the registration fee is ₹200 per team for club events for external participations. For poster presentations, a fee of ₹250 for external participants and ₹100 for internal participants will apply only if your abstract is selected for the final round.
Yes, some workshops may require separate registration due to limited seats. Details will be shared on the event page or via email.
Abstracts & Posters
You can submit your abstract through the Registration Portal. Be sure to follow the formatting guidelines and submit before the deadline.
Undergraduate and postgraduate students from any science or research background are welcome to submit.
Abstracts should be between 250–300 words, submitted in .docx or PDF format.
If your abstract is selected, poster dimensions and detailed guidelines will be shared with you via email.
No, group presentations are not allowed. Each poster or talk must be presented by a single participant.
Submissions are open to all scientific disciplines, including Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Mathematics, Computer Science and Earth and Environmental Sciences, and interdisciplinary topics.

Accommodation & Participation
Yes, accommodation and meal coupons will be provided to confirmed external participants for the duration of the Symposium.
Yes, all registered participants will receive certificates. Additional recognition will be given to winners and outstanding presenters.
Yes, participation in competitions is mandatory to attend talks, panel discussions, and exhibitions.
Participants who are attending the competitions and the symposium are not eligible for travel reimbursement.
Yes, limited Wi-Fi access will be provided to registered external participants.
Travel & Campus Entry
The nearest railway station is Brahmapur Railway Station (BAM), located about 20 km from the campus. The nearest airport is Biju Patnaik International Airport, Bhubaneswar (BBI), approximately 170 km away.
Yes, no entry or exit is allowed between 8:00 PM and 5:00 AM. Visitors should plan their travel accordingly.
Yes, institute buses are available from the Transit Campus (Government ITI, Berhampur) to the main campus at 8:30 AM, 1:30 PM, and 7:00 PM.
External participants can use the institute bus service by showing their digital ID card (issued after registration). Upon arrival, they will receive a welcome kit at the entry point.
